Steps
It is not possible to remove a team from Customer contact.
The impact of deleting a team from your account on all existing conversations is (technically) large. Once “removed” the harm is caused, and cannot be corrected.
When you do not longer want to use a team we advice you to:
- Rename the team. (the name on all (historic) conversations on that team will also change)
- Remove all agents and routing for the team
