How long will messages be visible in Mobile Service Cloud Basic?

Resolution

The time period how long messages will be visible in Customer Contact is manually adjustable. This can be done by following the following steps:

1. Go to Settings in the Customer Contact application

2. Go to Service Settings

3. Enable the option "automatically delete old messages" by using the toggle.

4. Choose the time frame the messages will automatically be deleted.

Note: the deletion is definate and non-reversible.
