Scripted Chatbot
The Scripted Chatbot is a bot platform. It enables you to create user journeys where users have a conversation with a bot, getting automated replies based on predefined conversations.
We have a graphical user interface that enables creating these conversations via a drag-and-drop mechanism.
The created conversations can be tested via an emulator in the browser and used via all channels supported by the Conversational Router.
