CM.com provides a payment service to a large number of online stores. We collect money from the end users and transfer the amount to the bank account of the online store. We do not deliver products or services to end users so if you have any questions regarding the product or service you have bought online, please contact the online store instead of cm.com.

Staat er CM.com op je bankafschrift?

Heb je online betaald voor een product of service en blijkt uit je bankafschrift dat de betaling is gedaan aan CM.com stichting?

Gebruik onze zoekfunctie op https://cmpay.nl/ om aan de hand van je IBAN en het transactie id, meer informatie over de transactie op te vragen.

Als je de details van je betaling niet kunt vinden, bel dan naar 020 244 28 77 (optie 3 in menu) (maandag tot en met vrijdag van 09:00 uur - 17.00 uur (CET)) of mail naar [email protected]

CM.com handelt het betalingsverkeer af voor een groot aantal webwinkels. Na het afhandelen van de betaling laten wij de webwinkel weten dat er betaald is en storten wij het geld op de bankrekening van de webwinkel. De bestelde producten of diensten worden niet door ons geleverd dus als je vragen hebt over het product of de service zelf, neem dan contact op met de webshop waarbij je de bestelling hebt geplaatst.
