How to integrate CDP into Ticketing?

The Customer Data Platform is part of the Mobile Marketing Cloud of CM.com.

If you are logged in in your CM account, you can find all your apps in the upper right corner of your screen, after ’'clicking on the nine dots’’.

Here is an app called Customer Data Platform (CDP). Your CDP dashboard opens after clicking on the ‘’CDP app icon’’.

How to connect the CDP platform with your Ticketing dashboard?

  1. Open your CDP app

  2. Click on sources in the left option list

  3. Click on the ‘plus’ icon in the upper right corner

  4. Click on the Ticketing app.

  5. The ticketing adapter will now automatically synchronize your ticket sales data to your CDP app.

My CDP is connected to my Ticketing dashboard, what can I do with this data?

If you go to ‘Profile Insights’ in the left option list, you can see several filters, such as:

  • Customer details

  • Cancel

  • Sale

  • Scan

  • Dutch consent changed

  • Personalization

This is the data that is automatically saved per event into your CDP. If you have specific requests or needs concerning the CDP, we advise you to contact your Customer Success Manager or Professional Services Consultant.
