When do I receive the payout of my sold tickets?
The payout period of your account is stated in your contract. If you signed up online, the payout always takes place after the event.
In order to process the payout we need a picture/screenshot of a bank statement from the last 3 months, clearly showing the name of the account and the account number itself. See also Where to fill in my bank account number (iBAN) for CM Tickets?
