If you want to ask your visitors to agree to your general terms and conditions, privacy policy or other (legal) agreements, create 'consents'. Here visitors have to give their consent in order to be able to store certain data. These consents will be shown to visitors during the purchase process. You can find this feature by navigation to the ticketing dashboard via Settings -> Consents.
Configuring consents
Click the + icon to create a new consent. You can select 3 options: privacy & user consent, marketing or other. Within the privacy & user consent you can customize your own terms & conditions text and link to these specific documents. You can select if a consent is optional or required and to which events (all or one in specific) this applies.
After you’ve saved the settings, the consents are displayed in your ticketshop on step 2 (submitting personal information).
Viewing Consents Data
Within the visitor analytics you can filter on consents to view which visitors have accepted specific consents. You can also view this data in the visitor exports (downloadable in the dashboard).
