How to enable invoicing for your visitors?

If you have any business visitors, you could enable the option for ticket buyers to request an invoice of their order.

Navigate to your event and select Settings in the side menu. Then you switch on the option ‘Enable order invoice’ and save the event. Now it is possible for your visitors to request the invoice in the ticketshop.

Note that you need to change the VAT %, all tickets in the dashboard automatically have a VAT of 21%, however entrance tickets of upsell (food/drinks) might have a different VAT %. If you do not change this, it will be displayed wrong on the invoice.

How to adjust the VAT percentage on a ticket?

If you sell tickets that fall under a different VAT rate then the default (21% NL / 20% UK), you can edit the VAT percentage displayed on the invoice (per tickettype).

Navigate to the desired ticket and select ‘Advanced settings’. At the bottom of this page you can select the desired vat percentage. This percentage is only for display on the invoice. This does not influence the ticket price or your payouts from CM.com in any way.
