How to create consents in Seated ticketing?

When you are starting your online sale, you want to make sure that your ticket buyers are informed about any policy's, or you want to give them the opportunity to sign up for your marketing communication like a newsletter.

Note if you use the CDP of CM.com: Once you have setted up your consents make sure that your CSM connects them to the CDP.

How to create the consents?

1. go to settings on the bottom left and select consents in the second row.

2. Press the + to create a new consent.
3. Give the consent a name, select if it is required, and you can add a link to a website or a file. This is commonly used to link to a general terms, or a privacy policy. A marketing consent is never required, because people need to select is themselves. We can not make something mandatory if it is optional.

4. on the conditions select which events or subscriptions need this consent.

Do not forget to save.
