Juniper Research Recognized CM.com as “Established Leader” in Three Categories: Conversational Commerce, CPaaS Vendors and Messaging Platforms.

Companies covered are Amazon, Alibaba, Facebook and Google Dialogflow which all demonstrate capabilities in processing transactions via conversational channels. CM.com is ranked by Juniper Research as “Established Leader” as CPaaS vendor and receives high scores in 6 out of 11 categories on the Leaderboard Heatmap. Juniper Research has found that the global value of the CPaaS market will exceed $10 billion for the first time next year; rising from $8.6 billion in 2021.
