If you have received a discount code or voucher for a particular event, it is good to know that it can only be issued for the event(s) indicated. It is not possible to use a code for another organisation that uses our ticketing services.
First choose the right ticket and follow the next steps. In the screen where you choose the payment method, you can enter the discount code. Do this before you complete the payment, as this cannot be corrected after payment has been made.
